Welcome to our frequently asked questions (FAQs) about your stay! Here you will find answers to common questions to make your visit as smooth as possible. If you have any further questions, we are of course available to help you at any time.
Arrival and departure

You can arrive at any time from 3:00 p.m. This gives our cleaning team enough time to prepare the accommodation for your stay.

To make the journey to your holiday accommodation as easy as possible, we will send you detailed directions by email. Please check your inbox regularly to ensure you receive all the necessary information in good time. The directions contain important information about routes, parking options and access to the accommodation.

If you have any questions or concerns during your journey, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone. We are happy to help you so that you can arrive at your holiday accommodation stress-free and comfortably.

In order to be almost completely independent of time, we have set up a practical solution for you. The key is deposited in a key box at the respective accommodation. We will send you the corresponding code for the key box by email in good time before your arrival. This way you can arrive flexibly without having to take opening times into account.

Welcome to your booked FiS accommodation! We hope your journey was pleasant. To ensure that your stay is relaxed from the start, we would like to inform you that the accommodation has already been preheated for you in winter. Enjoy the cozy warmth when you arrive and make yourself comfortable.

We would also like to inform you that the accommodation was thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Our cleaning staffs have carefully ensured that everything is in top condition so that you can feel at home. If you still have any concerns about cleanliness or amenities, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.

You will find a carefully compiled folder in your holiday apartment to help you get off to a smooth start to your stay. It contains a lot of information about the region and the possible activities to help you plan your free time. You will also find information about excursions, recommended restaurants and medical care in the area. Discover the wide range of offers and enjoy an all-round successful stay.

For further questions and activity suggestions, please visit the tourist information office in the center of the town. The staff will be happy to give you information.

You will also find the WiFi access data in the folder so that you can easily connect to the Internet. We want to make sure that you can easily go online during your stay.

The Ausseerland-Salzkammergut communities offer guests the great Salzkammergut Adventure Card, which is free for stays of 3 nights or more and with which you can enjoy an incredible number of entry discounts throughout the Salzkammergut.

Guests in the Ausseerland-Salzkammergut communities also benefit in summer from the Ausseerland Summer Clou Card, which can be purchased and with which you can use around 15 admissions to facilities in the Ausseerland completely free of charge and multiple times.

The Salzkammergut Adventure Card and the Ausseerland Summer Clou Card can be purchased from the respective tourist information offices in the centers of the Ausseerland communities. Please bring your copy of the registration form, which you will find in your accommodation upon arrival.

In the accommodations of Ennstal communities you can benefit in summer from the great Dachstein Summer Card, which is already included in the rental price and is already waiting for you in your accommodation. With this you can enjoy a variety of admissions in the Ennstal for free or with discounts.

For a smooth check-out, we ask you to observe the following points:

Departure should be by 10:00 a.m. at the latest, so that our team has enough time to prepare the accommodation for the next guests. Please take all personal items with you to ensure that nothing is left behind.

We also ask you to empty the dishwasher, clear the refrigerator and dispose of the rubbish. Any furniture that has been moved must be returned to its correct place. Furniture or things borrowed from or loaned to other accommodations must be returned to the respective accommodations. This helps us to keep the apartment in a clean condition and enables a smooth transition for the next guests.

Please return the key to the key box when you leave - thank you very much.

Additional lines

To ensure you have a comfortable stay in our holiday FiS accommodation, we offer you practical laundry packages. Each package is designed for one person and contains 1 bed sheet, 1 duvet cover and 2 towels.

The laundry packages will be left in the holiday accommodation before your arrival so that you can relax immediately upon arrival. If you need additional laundry packages during your stay, you can easily arrange this via our guest app or contact us by phone or by e-mail. Our goal is to make your stay as pleasant as possible and we are happy to be at your disposal to fulfill your wishes.

If you need a baby cot and high chair for your little darling, we offer you the convenient option of booking these optionally via our website. With this additional service, we want to ensure that your stay in our holiday accommodation is pleasant and comfortable for the whole family.

The baby cot and the high chair will be brought to your booked accommodation before your arrival, so you don't have to worry about anything else when you arrive. This service option allows you to sit back and relax and look forward to a carefree holiday with your offspring.

Booking & Cancellation

Book your dream holiday accommodation easily, conveniently and bindingly on our homepage. After a successful online booking, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation by email. Alternatively, we are available to you personally: Tell us your wishes and we will be happy to create a non-binding offer for you. We look forward to making your stay unforgettable!

Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before your planned arrival. After this time, we are unfortunately forced to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price.

In these cases, we recommend that you take out an inexpensive travel cancellation insurance so that you do not incur unnecessary cancellation costs in addition to a vacation that you cannot take anyway.
