Your personal data, in particular

• Your master data (name, first name, address, email address, telephone number),
• the data in travel documents (passport number, passport details, date of birth, issuing authority, validity period),
• the data on the type of payment and in connection with payments, in particular with EC cards, credit cards and bank cards,
• the destinations, hotels, length of stay, contact persons, conditions, special services, health data, and
• special categories of data such as data concerning health, special needs and marriage/partnership,

are required for my services. This includes in particular bookings of travel, insurance and invoicing.

We therefore store and process this data for these purposes and, if necessary, transmit it to third parties – including service providers in third countries as contract processors for travel bookings, software and agency services.

The legal basis for these data processing procedures is

• the fulfilment of our pre-contractual and contractual obligations towards you,
• consents obtained from you,
• Statutory, contractual or other legal obligations on my part (e.g. documentation rights and obligations under accounting, tax and customs law, contract matters, reporting, legal disputes) as well as Section 96 TKG and
• my legitimate interests (e.g. improving my customer service, including in the area of ​​direct marketing or the protection of my own legal interests).

The storage period depends on the duration of our business relationship, any consent you have given, and also on the statutory retention periods and legal obligations that apply to me. I would like to stress that in the case of regular cooperation, I strive to provide the best possible customer service by knowing the customer requests you have already sent me so well that I can satisfy you on an ongoing and permanent basis.

3. My websites

By submitting a booking request on my website, your access data is automatically collected and saved. This access data can include in particular the page accessed, the files viewed, the date and time of access, the user's IP address, data on the accessing computer, in particular the browser and operating system, as well as the amount of data and the message of successful access. I use this access data for internal statistical purposes in order to guarantee the security of my offer and to optimize it. If there is suspicion of an illegal act, the access data is evaluated to secure evidence.

By entering your personal data in one of my contact forms, you agree to the transmission to, storage and processing by me for the duration of the handling of this specific request. This applies in particular to your inquiries via the contact form, chat and emails that you send me. I need this data to process your request and in these cases also save your IP address for the purposes of securing evidence.
